Lagos college of medicine shuts down as students, staff contract COVID-19

The Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) has shut down its campus after some students and officials tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement, the institution’s student union said the provost mandated every student to evacuate the hostel and isolate themselves at home for two weeks effective from Friday.

The union said courses and examinations have been put on hold, adding that a communique containing modalities for school resumption will be circulated after the two-week isolation period.

“Owing to the present reality of the Covid19 we are faced with and after an evidence based investigation that some students and College staff have been confirmed positive of the coronavirus, The Provost has mandated that EVERY student should evacuate the hostel and isolate themselves at home for the next 2weeks effective from Friday 15th January. This was a decision made at an emergency academic board meeting,” the statement read.

“The Provost advised that any student with likely/ classical symptoms of the virus should fill a form which shall be sent across board in the shortest time possible and the concerned individuals shall be called upon for testing tomorrow whilst they await the results of their test at home.

“The Provost also reiterated that the college isolation bay shall be set up within this 2 weeks of isolation and complete evacuation of students from the college arena.

“We strongly encourage everyone to STRICTLY adhere to the Covid19 guidelines as stated by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control in a bid to help mitigate the spread and impact of the deadly virus within and beyond the college arena.”

Lagos, which is the epicentre of COVID-19 infections in Nigeria, has confirmed 37, 852 cases and recorded 260 deaths.

More than 29,000 patients in the state have also recovered from the disease. TheCableng

Amotekun Dismisses Officer For Killing Young Man In Ibadan

The Oyo State Security Network Agency, also known as Amotekun Corps, has dismissed one of its operatives, Kazeem Afolabi, for killing a young man in Ibadan.

Afolabi was dismissed for killing Tosin Thomas at Mokola Roundabout area in the city on Wednesday.

In a statement issued by the security network on Thursday, the state Commandant of Amotekun, Olayanju Olayinka, said the agency was alerted to a purported armed robbery operation at Total Filling Station, Mokola, Ibadan and it deployed a seven-man team to the scene.

He said the team later discovered it was not a robbery attack, though a crowd had gathered.

According to him, in the confusion that ensued, Afolabi allegedly shot the victim against Amotekun’s protocol.

The statement read; “At about 10pm on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, operatives of Amotekun, led by Team Leader George Idowu got alerted to a purported armed robbery operation at Total Filling Station, Mokola, Ibadan.

“Following the distress call, the team leader and his team of seven members, arrived at the scene.

“On arrival at the scene of the alleged crime, it turned out that it was not an armed robbery operation, though a crowd had gathered.

"The team leader, sensing no immediate danger to anyone at the scene, immediately proceeded to speak with the station manager. While he was with the manager, he heard a gunshot.

"As it turned out, one of his team members, by the name Afolabi Kazeem, who felt sufficiently threatened by the crowd, which included some hoodlums armed with cutlasses and other dangerous weapons, opened fire to supposedly scare away the crowd. Unfortunately, his shot hit one Mr Tosin Thomas, 23, who was subsequently confirmed dead.

“The Corps has found that Afolabi Kazeem with ammunition number AM031849 acted outside the Amotekun Corps’ protocols.

"For this reason, he has been summarily dismissed from the Corps and handed over to the police for prosecution. Also, his team leader, George Idowu, is being thoroughly investigated and will face all necessary sanctions.

"We want to reassure members of the public of our internal mechanisms for dealing with erring officers. We will continue to train and retrain our officers on best practices and rules of engagement.

"The Corps deeply regrets the loss to the Thomas family, and we are already in touch with the family.” Saharareporters

2023: APC opens up on Tinubu’s chances of becoming presidential candidate

The All Progressives Congress, APC, on Thursday, opened up on the chances of Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, emerging as its presidential candidate in 2023.

Ex-Deputy National Publicity Secretary of APC, Yekini Nabena, said Tinubu’s chances are dependent on his alliances with party stakeholders from other zones in the country.

Speaking with Dailypost, Nabena said: “I don’t know or tell how strong Tinubu’s chances are because politics is all about alliance.

“It depends on who he is aligning with and his alibi. A tree cannot make a forest, you can be strong in a particular state but what about others.

“However, politics is all about numbers, so i can’t say much about anybody’s chances. No matter the zone you are from you still need to work with other zones because it’s the people that will count.”

Meanwhile, former and current Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in the South West on Thursday threw their weight behind the projected presidential ambition of Tinubu.

They made their stand known during a meeting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Borno lists 1,163 school enrollees’ parents for allowances

BORNO State Governor, Prof. Babagana Zulum, has said that social welfare will be restricted to parents whose children attended functional schools established by the state government.

The governor, who made this remark on Monday during his visit to Damasak, the headquarters of Mobbar Local Government, added that whether the schools attended were Islamic or western education, such parents would benefit from government’s social welfare.

Zulum also supervised the enrolment of 1,163 children of internally displaced persons into primary school in one of the insurgency affected towns in the state.

The governor provided equipment to farmers to boost dry season farming, relief materials to over 10,000 IDPs and personally supervised the enrolment of students in the town along the shores of Lake Chad.

Appealing to parents to allow their children enrol in schools, the governor, who was on the third day of his visit to the area on Monday, enrolled the pupils, who mostly hailed from Guzamala and Abadam Local Government Areas in northern Borno.

The students had been out of school since the displacement of their parents and guardians, by Boko Haram, following attacks on communities they lived.

He also addressed secondary school students in Damasak and those who had written their Senior Schools Certificate Exam in preparation for higher institution. Punch

Twitter suspends 70,000 pro-Trump accounts

Twitter announced Monday it has suspended “more than 70,000 accounts” linked to the QAnon conspiracy theory following the attack on the US Capitol by a mob of President Donald Trump’s supporters.

The social network began its purge Friday, shortly after it had permanently suspended Trump’s account for language that could incite violence.

“Since Friday, more than 70,000 accounts have been suspended as a result of our efforts, with many instances of a single individual operating numerous accounts,” Twitter said in a blog post.

“These accounts were engaged in sharing harmful QAnon-associated content at scale and were primarily dedicated to the propagation of this conspiracy theory across the service.”

The far-right QAnon conspiracy theory claims Trump is waging a secret war against a global liberal cult of Satan-worshipping pedophiles.

Most major social media platforms have taken unprecedented action since Trump’s supporters invaded the Capitol Wednesday to stop Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s presidential win, shocking the US and tarnishing its international image.

Facebook and Twitter have both indefinitely suspended the accounts for Trump, who has refused to accept the result of the November 3 election and spread baseless theories that the vote was rigged.

Both platforms referred to the risk of future violence, particularly before Biden’s inauguration on January 20.

Twitter said it also factored in that plans for more armed protests have been proliferating on and off the service, including a proposed second attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17.

The social network was Trump’s preferred megaphone, and his account had 88 million subscribers when it was suspended.

Ford to close factories in Brazil

Carmaker Ford said Monday it would close its three factories in Brazil this year as the coronavirus epidemic exacerbated already slow sales in South America.

The measure will affect some 5,000 workers, according to Bloomberg, and Ford said the closures would incur one-off charges of about $4.1 billion.

“Ford Brazil will cease production at Camacari, Taubate and Troller plants during 2021, as the Covid-19 pandemic amplifies persistent industry idle capacity and slow sales that have resulted in years of significant losses,” the company said in a statement.

“With more than a century in South America and Brazil, we know these are very difficult, but necessary, actions to create a healthy and sustainable business,” added Jim Farley, Ford president and CEO.

He said the company was moving to a “lean, asset-light business model”.

New vehicle sales in Brazil retreated by more than 26 percent in 2020 due to the health crisis, the Fenabrave automotive federation said last week.

Car sales dropped 28.57 percent and that of buses by 33 percent.

Ford’s South America head Lyle Watters said progress was made in phasing out unprofitable products, reducing costs and launching new products.

However, “the sustained unfavorable economic environment and the additional burden of the pandemic made it clear that much more was necessary to create a sustainable and profitable future.”

Ford would continue serving South America with cars sourced from Argentina, Uruguay, and other markets, it said.

The company would maintain its product development center in Bahia, as well as its proving ground and regional headquarters in Sao Paulo.

Production at Camacari and Taubate would cease immediately, with some parts production continuing for a few months.

The Troller plant in Horizonte will operate until the fourth quarter, a statement said.

“As a result, the company will end sales of EcoSport, Ka and T4 once inventories are sold.”

The company said it would work with unions to develop an “equitable and balanced plan” to mitigate the impact of the closures on workers.

Fraud: Turkish TV preacher jailed 1,000 years

A Turkish Muslim televangelist who surrounded himself with scantily-clad women on TV was jailed for more than 1,000 years on Monday for sex crimes, local media reported.

Adnan Oktar preached conservative views while women he called his “kittens” — many of whom appeared to have had plastic surgery — danced around him in the TV studio.

The 64-year-old was detained in June 2018 as part of a crackdown on his group by the financial crimes unit of the Istanbul police.

He was sentenced to 1,075 years for crimes including sexual assault, sexual abuse of minors, fraud and attempted political and military espionage, the private NTV broadcaster reported.

Some 236 suspects have been on trial in the case, 78 of whom are under arrest, according to the official Anadolu news agency.

The hearings have featured lurid details and harrowing sex crime allegations.

Oktar told the presiding judge in December that he had close to 1,000 girlfriends.

“There is an overflowing of love in my heart for women. Love is a human quality. It is a quality of a Muslim,” he said in another hearing in October.

He added on another occasion, “I am extraordinarily potent.”

Oktar first came to public attention in the 1990s when he was the leader of a sect that was caught up in multiple sex scandals.

His online A9 television channel began broadcasting in 2011, drawing denunciations from Turkey’s religious leaders.

One of the women at his trial, identified only as CC, told the court that Oktar had repeatedly sexually abused her and other women.

Some of the women he had raped were forced to take contraceptive pills, CC told the court.

Asked about 69,000 contraception pills found in his home by the police, Oktar said they were used to treat skin disorders and menstrual irregularities.

He also dismissed any link to a group led by US-based Muslim preacher Fethullah Gulen, whom Turkish authorities accuse of orchestrating a coup attempt in 2016.

Oktar is a creationist who rejects the Darwinian theory of evolution and has written a 770-page book called “The Atlas of Creation” under the pen name, Harun Yahya.

US election laws must be reformed, says Trump

US President Donald Trump has said the election laws in his country must be reformed to ensure faith and confidence in all future elections.

Trump who has been discrediting the election of November 3, 2020, which he lost to Joe Biden, said this in a broadcast hours after the election was certified by a joint session of the US Congress.

Promising a smooth transition of power on January 20, 2021, Trump called for calm to be restored as he addressed the invasion of the US Capitol which occurred during the affirmation of Biden’s Electoral College win.

He said, “I’ll like to begin by addressing the heinous attack on the United States Capitol. Like all Americans, I am outraged by the violence, lawlessness and mayhem. I immediately deployed the National Guard and Federal Law Enforcement to secure the building and expel the intruders. America is and must always be a nation of law and order.

“The demonstrators who infiltrated the nation’s Capitol have defiled the seat of American democracy. To those who engaged in acts of violence and destruction, you do not represent our country. And to those who broke the law, you will pay.

“We have just been through an intense election and emotions are high. Now temper must be cooled and calm restored. We must get on with the business of America.

“My campaign vigorously pursued every legal avenue to content the election results. My only goal was to ensure the integrity of the vote. In so doing, I was fighting to defend America’s democracy. I continue to strongly believe that we must reform our election laws to verify the identity and eligibility of all voters and to ensure faith and confidence in all future elections.

“Now, Congress has certified the results. A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20th. My focus now turns to ensure a smooth, orderly and seamless transition of power. This moment calls for healing and reconciliation.

“2020 has been a challenging time for our people. A menacing pandemic has abandoned the lives of our citizens, isolated millions in their homes, damaged our economy and claimed countless lives.

“Defeating this pandemic and rebuilding the greatest economy on earth will require all of us working together. It will require our renewed emphasis on the civic values of patriots, faith charity, community and family, We must revitalise the sacred bonds of love and loyalty that binds us all together as one national family.

“To the citizens of our country, serving as your president has been the honour of my lifetime.

“And to all of my wonderful supporters. I know you are disappointed, but I also want you to know that our incredible journey is only just beginning. Thank you and God bless America.” Punch

NIMC workers accuse FG of covering up COVID-19 in agency

Eniola Akinkuotu, Samson Folarin, Okechukwu Nnodim, Chima Azubuike, Edward Nnachi, Tunde Oyekola and Daud Olatunji

The National Identity Management Commission officials across the country on Thursday began a strike action over the fear of COVID-19 spread in the agency.

The President of the Association of the Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, NIMC unit, Asekokhai Lucky, in an interview with one of our correspondents in Abuja, said already the virus had been detected in three officials of the agency at its headquarters.

He said the workers were annoyed because the management of the commission was aware of the development, but kept it from workers, who could have taken necessary precautions to protect themselves.

Lucky also said the workers would meet with government on Friday (today) to discuss COVID-19 scare and other issues that led to the strike.

Following the strike embarked upon by the workers, people who trooped to the NIMC offices across the country, were stranded as there was nobody to attend to them.

Recall that the Federal Government had, on December 14, 2020, ordered telecommunications firms to disconnect telephones lines of subscribers who failed to link their National Identity Numbers to their subscriber identification modules.

No fewer than 164 million Nigerians, who do not have the NIN have been trooping to the NIMC offices, disregarding COVID-19 protocols such as wearing of face masks and social distancing.

Lucky, in the interview with The PUNCH on Thursday evening, indicated that what angered the workers was that government was aware that three employees of the NIMC had been infected and that others were at the risk of contracting the virus, but kept quiet.

He stated, “Three workers of the NIMC have contracted COVID-19 because in our recent meeting a member of staff actually testified to it.

“The minute of that meeting captured it, as three persons are down with COVID-19. Some of us actually thought those guys were on leave. It was cleared yesterday (Wednesday) that they were treating themselves in isolation centres.”

The union accused the management of keeping silent about the development despite knowing what this could mean to workers of the commission.

Lucky said, “Our annoyance is that the management refused to say it out, knowing that it would have helped us to take all necessary precautions. Nobody is talking to anybody.

“That is our annoyance. Yes, our pay is poor, but there are ways we can manage ourselves. The three staff members are in the headquarters here in Abuja. One has been treated, but has not gone back for clearance.”

He said the union had been making efforts to meet with the NIMC management over staff welfare but noted that the commission’s boss had not shown interest.

It was learnt that the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, tried to intervene in the matter, but could not, following disagreements on a suitable venue to hold a meeting.

Lucky said, “The minister came today, but we did not speak with him. When he came, we were outside and they asked us to come inside, but we refused because the management said yesterday (Wednesday) that the union chairman should go.

“The staff said if the union chairman was to go, then we would not go inside to speak with the minister. But at the end of the day and for security reasons, we agreed to go inside.”

“For the minister to address us, we were told again that the minister could not speak to us unless we went to another location on the premises. And because of the crowd we said we could not go there.

“We relocated to another location, expecting the minister but we were told that the minister said if we did not come to where he was, then he would not talk to us and the minister entered his vehicle and left.”

The NIMC union leader, however, noted that the workers would meet with the government and the management of the commission today (Friday).

He noted that the Trade Union Congress, the parent union of the workers, would wade into the matter, adding that by 10pm on Thursday, the workers would meet to decide if they would work on Friday.

Lucky stated, “We told them (the management) to let us go, then tomorrow we will continue the meeting. You know they are after the enrolments. They want people to be registered.

“But we said no, you guys are after registration, what about those people who do the job? They don’t have us in mind. Well, we told them that the matter is before our mother body, the TUC, and they will hear from us.”

Top management officials of the commission refused to pick calls nor responded to text messages sent to them on the matter.

The Director-General, NIMC, Aliyu Aziz, and the commission’s spokesperson, Kayode Adegoke, did not answer several calls to their mobile phones when contacted.

It was, however, gathered that the management was ready to meet with the union on Friday.

Earlier on Thursday, thousands of applicants were locked out of the offices of the NIMC because of the strike. The notice of strike was signed by Lucky, and the Secretary of the ASCSN, NIMC unit, Odia Victor.

It read in part, “Consequent upon the just concluded congress of the above mentioned association that took place on January 6, 2020, the unit executive directs all members at grade level 12 and below in the head office and state offices to report to their respective duty posts tomorrow January 7, 2020 and do nothing.

“All members at the local government offices and special centres are advised to stay away from their various centres as task force and implementation committees would be on parade to ensure total compliance to the directive.”

According to a communiqué issued at the end of the meeting of the ASCSN, NIMC branch, the strike has become necessary due to the exposure of staff to COVID-19, lack of personal protective equipment, irregularities in promotion and poor funding. Punch

Governor: bandits in North recruited from Mali, Sudan

Bandits from Mali and Sudan are operating in some parts of the North, a governor said on Wednesday.

According to him, the bandits came into the country on motorcycles and are recruited through the social media – especially facebook.

Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani-Bello, who stated this on Wednesday, said he had tabled the matter and other security challenge facing his state before President Muhammadu Buhari.

He spoke to reporters at the State House after meeting with the President.

Niger is one of the states in the North where banditry and kidnapping are rampant.

Sani-Bello added that the other bandits attacking his people are from neigbouring Zamfara and Kaduna states.

The governor added that besides kidnapping and other forms of crimes, which the bandits commit, they are also threatening the nation’s food security by attacking farming, burning farms and killing animals and livestock.

The governor explained that he visited President Buhari to seek federal help against banditry and the repair of deplorable roads in the state.

He said: “The situation is very bad. Niger is 73,000 square kilometers. It’s the size of the entire Southsouth and Southeast (put together). So, first of all, we have limited number of security personnel and I think we have to start thinking of increasing the number so that we are able to cover most of the local government within the state.

“Some of our local governments are up to 6,000 to 7,000 square kilometers. For example, the Bobi Grazing Reserve, established by the state government, the CBN and the Federal Government to stop the movement of cattle and avoid herders/farmers conflict, has become a target.

“That is the only location where you can find in one constituency 5,000 to 6,000 herds of cows. So, most of the bandits have started focusing their attention on the Bobi Grazing Reserve. Because we have investors that have started investing in capital, equipment and processing facilities. We do not want to discourage them. So, we applied most of our resources and efforts towards protecting the grazing reserve.

“But we are having influx of bandits from neigbouring states, especially Zamfara and Kaduna states. It is difficult to patrol those areas because vehicles do not go there and it is a forest, which means we will need the federal might, especially the Air Force. By the way, the Air Force has been doing a extremely well in recent times to support our ground operations.

“In one particular case, we arrested bandits that are foreigners from as far as Sudan and Mali and they came on motor cycles.

“They are being recruited through social media, through Facebook in some cases. They confessed to this. They governor said the activities of bandits differ from place to place. Some are cattle rustlers. Some believe they are fighting some kind of jihadist activity. Some believe they are fighting corruption. They see any uniformed person, political office holders as corrupt.

“We have a major problem and it must stop.”

He said: “The dynamics of the criminal activities have changed. They started with armed robbery. Then, they moved to cattle rustling and then, to kidnapping as a means of getting money.

“But recently, the trend has changed. They started burning farms and animals. So, this has given me some concerns and at the same time, it has kept me thinking. What is the motive?

“I can understand if you kidnap,  you are looking for money. But, when you burn farms, then, there is something else happening. Or when you kill animals. They go to villages and kill animals. They don’t steal.

“So, if you stop people from going to farms, it means you are trying to deprive that nation of food security. Why will someone want to deprive people of food security? Niger State has the capacity of feeding the entire country. We have the water bodies for dry season farming, we produce a lot of rice, maize.”

He said although he had attended a meeting with bandits, “I cannot imagine myself as a state governor and chief security officer of a state, sitting down and negotiating with bandits.”

He said bandits “are never honest in their talks. Even when they were given the opportunity they failed to keep the agreement. And whenever they surrender their arms and they don’t ask for anything in return, then, you can tell it is not an honest negotiation.”

On the efforts being made by the state to contain banditry, he said: “Let me tell you what has worked so far and we have made a lot of progress. I moved the responsibility of security to the committee level. And at the committee level, they know themselves.

“Vigilantes are controlled by the local government, they are defending their farmlands. They are defending their families.

”The bandits are being invited by some locals. In fact, we have arrested some village heads. Now, if a whole village head invites bandits or habours bandits, then, where are we headed to? The village head is supposed to secure the village.

Urging the Federal Government to construct a highway in his state, the governor said traffic is always high on the Minna/North/South road, leading to wear and tear.

“We also discussed the issue of infrastructure in Niger State. At the moment, 80 per cent more of traffic from the South passes through Niger State, especially through Minna, the state capital.” (Thenationonlineng)

82 illegal immigrants rescued off Libyan coast – Navy

The Libyan navy said on Monday that it rescued 82 illegal immigrants off the coast of Khoms city, some 120 km east of the capital Tripoli.

The Libyan navy disclosed this in a statement.

“A rubber boat was successfully rescued with 82 migrants on board off the coast of Khoms city after a distress call was received by the Libyan Search and Rescue team,” the navy said.

The rescued migrants, including eight women and 39 children, were taken to Tripoli’s naval base, provided with humanitarian and medical assistance, and handed over to the anti-illegal immigration department, the statement noted.

The International Organisation for Migration (IOM), however, has repeatedly said Libya is not a safe port for disembarkation of rescued migrants.

Libya has been mired in chaos since the ouster and killing of its former leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, making the North African country a preferred point of departure for illegal immigrants who intend to cross the Mediterranean Sea toward Europe.

Thousands of illegal immigrants, who were either rescued at sea or arrested by the authorities, remain detained in overcrowded detention centers in Libya, despite repeated international calls to close them.

Wikileaks: UK court blocks Assange’s extradition to US

A United Kingdom court has ruled that Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, cannot be extradited to the United States to face trial for allegedly violating the Espionage Act.

Assange, who was accused of releasing secret documents that embarrassed the United States government, was arrested by the British police in April 2019.

He had been on the run for years following the publication of classified documents – which the US said broke the law and endangered lives.

At the court sitting on Monday, Vanessa Baraitser, a district judge, ruled that the extradition of the Australian would be “oppressive by reason of mental harm and I order his discharge.”

She said his detention in the US would subject him to “the bleak prospect of severely restrictive detention conditions designed to remove physical contact and reduce social interaction and contact with the outside world to a bare minimum”.

She also outlined evidence of his self-harm, arguing thus: “The overall impression is of a depressed and sometimes despairing man fearful for his future.”

“Faced with the conditions of near-total isolation without the protective factors which limited his risk at HMP Belmarsh, I am satisfied the procedures described by the US will not prevent Mr Assange from finding a way to commit suicide and for this reason, I have decided extradition would be oppressive by reason of mental harm and I order his discharge,” the judge was quoted to have said.

The ruling at the Central Criminal Court in London has been described as “a major turning point” in a legal battle to prosecute Assange.

The US prosecutors have, however, said they would appeal the ruling in a case that the publisher has said is politically motivated. TheCable

Central African Republic probes ex-president Bozize for ‘rebellion’

Central African Republic prosecutors said Monday an investigation had been launched into former president Francois Bozize, whom the government accuses of plotting a coup ahead of elections last month.

“A judicial inquiry has been opened (into Bozize) with regard to current acts of destabilisation and rebellion,” public prosector Laurent Lengande said in a statement.

On December 19, the government accused Bozize of mounting “an attempted coup” with the help of armed groups, eight days before the troubled country held presidential and legislative elections.

Lagos Govt Directs Schools To Reopen January 18

The Lagos State Government has ordered all public and private schools in the state to reopen for the second term 2020/21 academic session from Monday, 18th of January, 2021.

This was announced on Monday in a statement signed by the Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo.

She noted that this is in line with the Federal Government’s directive coupled with the second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Adefisayo enjoined all schools to make efforts to comply with all the outlined Covid-19 requirements for resumption schools.

According to her, this is “Not just for the improvement of overall school operations but for the safe reopening of academic activities to support the Lagos State Government’s quest for a full return.”

The Commissioner advised that schools should have flexible plans where students and teachers who feel sick can teach or learn from home via available online platforms, adding that schools should also strive to avoid any COVID-19 infection among all students and staff.

She also enjoined teachers, students, and visitors to wear facemasks at all times, observe physical distancing, embrace regular handwashing with soap under running water and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene within the school premises. ChannelsTv
